Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

7Star Cloud Ltd., trading as ICEWARRIOR, offers a 30-day return window and a 1-year limited product warranty as described below.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Before sending anything back, email info@hiicewarrior.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not return products to the address on the shipping label or to our registered business address without authorization.

Return Costs and Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss or damage in transit. For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, ICEWARRIOR will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping after the claim is approved.

Inspection and Refund Timing

We will inspect an authorized return after it arrives and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact info@hiicewarrior.com within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized items, used products, products damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification, and opened hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned unless defective. Items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email info@hiicewarrior.com as soon as possible. We will try to cancel before dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

1-Year Limited Warranty

For one year from delivery, ICEWARRIOR warrants the product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, commercial use, unauthorized repair or modification, freezing damage, or failure to follow the product instructions. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product. Proof of purchase and reasonable diagnostic photos or video may be required.
