Shipping Policy

7Star Cloud Ltd., trading as ICEWARRIOR, ships orders only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase. We do not sell or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Estimated Delivery

Standard transit time is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address used at checkout. Some products or bundles may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Email info@hiicewarrior.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to update or cancel the order before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment.

Damage, Loss, or Delivery Issues

Inspect your order when it arrives. If a package is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact info@hiicewarrior.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, shipping label, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when eligible.

Taxes and Duties

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Because we ship only within the contiguous United States, import duties are not normally applicable. The customer is responsible for any government charges that are not collected at checkout.
