These Terms of Service govern your use of hiicewarrior.com and purchases from 7Star Cloud Ltd., trading as ICEWARRIOR (“ICEWARRIOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Information

ICEWARRIOR sells cold-plunge water chillers, ice-bath tubs, filtration products, accessories, and related bundles. We work to present accurate descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, and images. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and cooling performance depends on water volume, starting temperature, ambient temperature, insulation, ventilation, and operating conditions.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed before payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock problems, payment failure, or legal restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled by us, we will refund the amount collected.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, which may include eligible credit or debit cards and accelerated checkout services such as Shop Pay or Google Pay. Available methods can vary by customer, device, and location. We do not claim to accept a payment method unless it appears at checkout.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Product Use and Safety

Read and follow all product, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and maintenance instructions. Cold-water immersion is not appropriate for everyone and is not medical treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about exposure to cold. Never use a product in an unsafe manner or allow unsupervised use by children.

Intellectual Property

The site, ICEWARRIOR name, text, graphics, and other content owned by or licensed to us may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false information, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or use automated means to disrupt our services.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
