WHY USE A CHILLER INSTEAD OF ICE? Set your preferred temperature and let the unit cool circulating water without repeatedly buying and handling ice.
HOW COLD AND HOW FAST? Under suitable conditions, water can reach as low as 39°F. From 60–70°F, cooling to 49–52°F generally takes 1–3 hours; actual results vary.
CAN IT RUN CONTINUOUSLY? It is designed for 24/7 operation and cycles as needed to maintain the selected setting when used according to the instructions.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE? Place it in a ventilated, dry location and follow the manual’s electrical safety and placement directions. Do not expose electrical connections to weather.
External Water Filtration
The external filter helps catch visible dirt and debris as water circulates. Clean or replace the filter element regularly to maintain water flow.
How It Works
Connect the supplied hoses and external filter to a compatible tub, fill and prime the circulation system as directed, then choose your preferred water temperature. The chiller cycles on and off to maintain the setting and can remain in operation continuously when installed and maintained according to its instructions. Cooling from 60–70°F to around 49–52°F generally takes 1–3 hours; conditions and tub size affect the result. Clean the filter routinely to keep water moving freely.
